Antelope Valley “Salute to Youth” Event

Rio Tinto School Bus Field Trip Grant Program

Rio Tinto Minerals – Borax offers a Transportation Grant for public schools to go out to the Visitor Center at Boron. They will reimburse schools up to $350 per school per year toward transportation costs.

Jr. Naturalist Educator Program

Volunteers or Students interested in teaching environmental education. A 30-hour teacher training workshop on the various Jr. Naturalist lesson plans. Participants will be eligible for a $50.00 teacher stipend each day they teach.
