MEEC provides many free curricular enhancements, such as:

  • Environmental Education Lesson Plans - MEEC has a library of state standards-based lessons for integrating into curriculum across all disciplines. You can search the directory for topics and materials of interest in the column on the right.
  • Teacher Workshops - MEEC regularly offers workshops to demonstrate effective integration of environmental studies into existing curriculum.
  • Speaker/Mentor Bureau - Providing quality classroom speakers on environmental and scientific topics, FREE OF CHARGE. To access Bureau database, click on “Mentor/Speaker Program” link under “Teachers” tab above. This service is only accessible to online registered MEEC members. Join MEEC Today!
